Requirements for Check-In

Gather your entire group and head to the agreed rental location — check-in cannot begin until everyone is present and prepared.

Bring a valid photo ID

Renters ID must match name on credit card used to book.

Have a photo of your Boater Certificate (if required)

All drivers and passengers must sign a waiver that will be supplied at check in
– this includes minors under 18, who must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf
Come Prepared
Please arrive with adequate time to complete all waivers, paperwork, and to complete a brief safety training.
- Note that bigger groups will take longer. Your rental period begins on the time
agreed upon so be prepared!

It is important that you carefully read this list and understand these requirements prior to booking.
REQUIREMENTS TO BOOK:

Must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a rental.

Any renter born after September 1st,1993 must complete a Boater Safety Course prior to any equipment release.

Signed legal waivers by all clients who wish to rent any watercraft.

Photo ID

MUST have a major credit card to book.

An incidental charge of $200 is required at booking. This charge will be refunded after the rental is complete.

​A non-refundable retaining fee of $100 is required at booking. This fee will be credited towards the overall balance of the rental.
RULES FOR OPERATION:

Must be 16 years of age or older to operate.

Must have photo ID and completed certificate given by a boater safety course if born after Sep 1st, 1993. https://www.boatus.org/texas

Must follow all laws pertaining to boater safety AND laws for the selected lake location of rental.

Must be mindful of other boaters and any wildlife encountered.​

Must have Engine Killswitch Lanyard attached AT ALL TIMES.

If operating PWC(Jetski) Lifejacket(s) must be worn AT ALL TIMES.​​

No pets/animals will be allowed on any vessel. The only exception is certified service animals.
